Rootsy pop/rock singer-songwriter Charlie Kertis making a play on the local scene with material from his recently releasedCD Breathe at C'est What on Thursday July 15.

Borrowing liberally from the 70's, Kert combines the droney vibe of a B-3 organ, acoustic guitar and harmonica with his gritty vocals fronting edgy compositions. Kert succinctly refers to his sound as "… Bob Dylan wannabe."
